    Well, it happened, I "did my time" at work, and have gone on extended leave prior to being able to leave work and retire from mainstream employment  to start a life of riding my own horse and teaching.

    Firstly, I was warned and expected to become quite tired, as I have been extremely busy with work, competing and teaching, and my full time job involved a lot of adrenaline. Without tight schedules and timetables the adrenaline was gone, and I found that the days were shorter than I expected. In fact within a very short time I wondered how
